Project Manager
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing general contractor specializing in self-perform concrete and masonry construction, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, financial acumen, and proven leadership in managing multiple concurrent projects from pre-construction through completion. Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of project management for large-scale self-perform concrete and masonry construction projects.

Lead project teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality-driven delivery of all assigned work.

Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with client and company standards.

Collaborate with estimating and pre-construction teams to develop budgets, schedules, and work plans.

Manage procurement, subcontractor coordination, and vendor relationships to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to anticipate and resolve project challenges.

Track project progress, costs, and documentation using construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).

Uphold the highest standards of safety and risk management on all job sites.

Provide mentorship and leadership to project engineers and site supervisors to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in project management within a general contracting or self-perform environment.

Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale concrete or masonry construction projects.

Strong working knowledge of construction principles, drawings, and specifications.

Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
Preferred:

Advanced knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials.

Experience in pre-construction planning, estimating, and cost forecasting.

Strong financial and budgeting skills with a focus on cost control and profitability.
