Your Role

As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee complex water/wastewater treatment and underground utility projects from preconstruction through closeout.
You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams—including project engineers, field supervisors, and subcontractors—while maintaining accountability for cost, schedule, and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage WTP/WWTP projects ($5M–$50M+) from cradle to grave
• Lead project planning, cost control, scheduling, and performance reporting
• Mentor project engineers and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and profitability
• Collaborate with estimating and executive teams on bid strategies and value engineering
• Oversee subcontractor management and ensure full compliance with specifications and safety standards

What You Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction
• 5+ years as a Project Manager on heavy civil or treatment facility projects
• Proven success delivering projects in the $5M–$50M range
• Experience with excavation, yard piping, concrete structures, mechanical systems, and process piping
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Management (preferred)
• A track record of leadership, accountability, and driving results through your team
