Job description:

A construction project manager oversees all phases of a construction project, ensuring it stays on time and within budget. They plan, manage execution, prepare and review bids, and negotiate construction company, engineer, architect and interior designers. They also ensure quality control, safety compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders to meet project goals and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Developing detailed project plans, defining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Budget Management: Ensuring the project stays within budget, monitoring costs, and making adjustments as needed.
• Team Coordination: Leading and managing project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keeping clients, stakeholders, and team members informed about project progress and issues.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues that could affect the project.
• Quality Control: Ensuring the project meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking project performance, adjusting schedules, and providing regular progress reports
