Title: Project Manager

This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a reputable, fast growing Mechanical Contractor. A well-established, industry leading mechanical contracting firm operating in the Southeastern US is looking for a strong Project Manager. In this position you will be responsible for project management, estimating, and leading project teams.

You should have knowledge of the mechanical construction field with a strong background in HVAC, piping, design build and retrofitting.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Atlanta, Charlotte or Raleigh market preferred or large project experience
• The ability to participate in planning, formulating design alternatives, conceptual estimates and cost estimates
• Working knowledge of the mechanical trade and sales
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Ability to communicate with various levels
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
