Job Title: Class A Commercial High-Rise Superintendent & Project Manager

Location: Plano, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to serve as a dual-role Superintendent and Project Manager for Class A commercial high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the job site, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timelines are met, while also managing the project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Superintendent Duties:

Supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries.
Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance, maintaining a safe work environment.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure construction meets Class A standards and specifications.
Coordinate with the project manager to align field activities with project schedules and milestones.
Lead daily site meetings with subcontractors and staff to review progress, safety, and task priorities.
Project Manager Duties:

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Prepare and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
Ensure alignment with local building codes, permits, and regulations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in commercial high-rise construction, with Class A building standards preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety practices.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Certifications:

OSHA 30 Certification required.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
