Our client, a leading independent provider of warehouse storage solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate a diverse range of projects from inception through completion, working closely with sales teams, clients, and vendors. This role is integral in ensuring seamless execution of all projects, adhering to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors to achieve flawless project execution.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting deadlines.

• Manage and schedule product delivery and installation, ensuring smooth logistics.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop detailed project plans.

• Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring all timelines and expectations are met.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and quality assurance.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years experience in Project Management / Coordination
• 5+ years experience working with AutoCAD / preliminary engineering preferred
• 5+ years experience with installation/teardown of pallet racking & warehouse systems
• Proficient in project tracking software
• Excellent time management skills & problem-solving ability
