Job Duties

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage project finances and implement cost-saving measures
• Serve as primary contact for General Contractors, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Conduct site inspections, manage risk, and maintain accurate project documentation

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Hands-on construction experience preferred; knowledge of Architectural Sheet Metal a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Procore, or similar software
• Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Proven networking abilities and client relationship management experience
