Project Manager (multi-family/ renovations)

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from beginning to end, as well as tracking all aspects of the progress of the construction project. It is also the responsibility of the Project Manager to ensure the construction project remains profitable and on schedule. This position will be focused solely on upcoming multifamily new-construction projects.

Annual Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 multi-family projects under your belt or 3-10 years in commercial construction (Multi-family new-construction experience is preferred)

Software: Microsoft Suite, Procore, Bluebeam Revu (Take-off software), Bonus: Viewpoint

Education: Bachelors Degree minimum required.

Other: The project Manager should have proficient computer skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, must be knowledgeable in terms of construction rules, regulations, permitting, inspections, and all other aspects of multifamily construction projects.
