The EPMO Project Manager III plans, manages, and drives the end-to-end lifecycle of a small number of initiatives governed by the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO).

The Project Manager III role is highly visible requiring significant teamwork and collaboration. She/he is the "pivot" that manages expectations of and partners with several internal customers: 1) the VP-level Project Sponsors and Director-level Project Leads overseeing the direction of and making decisions on the respective initiatives; 2) the project teams who provide the day-to-day support and content contributions to the initiatives; and 3) the Director EPMO and EPMO Program Managers who set the overall project management standards and program cadence.


  • Manage and lead EPMO initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Define status reporting cadences.
  • Set up and maintain shared project/program folders and templates.
  • Develop and maintain project/program plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Anticipate risks and challenges related to projects and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Monitor and report project/program status.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources required across projects and manage relationships with and expectations among Project Sponsors, Projects Leads, and Project Teams.
  • Escalate issues to the EPMO, Steering Committee or oversight body.
  • Calculate and track projects benefits, both financial and strategic.
  • Participate in EPMO team activities including Continuous Improvement work.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

PROSCI Change Management

Software Skills Required:
Intermediate: Sensei Beacon PPM, MS Project/Project Web App, SharePoint, MS Teams, Presentation/PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, Word Processing/Typing
