We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an organization located in the Greater Sacramento area! In this role, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects while collaborating with multi-faceted teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders. Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, manger timelines, resources, and proactively address risks to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, foster a high-performance culture, and coordinate with external vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress while maintaining strong relationships.
• Ensure quality assurance processes, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to support successful outcomes.
• Develop change management strategies, facilitate smooth transitions, and drive process improvements while staying updated on industry trends.
  
  

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience with a solid understanding of methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with knowledge of SDLC and application development.
• Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Organizational change management experience preferred.
• SAP project experience and PMP certification are a plus.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $125K to $135K, depending on experience.
