We've partnered with a service-driven, quality-focused provider of high-performance curtainwall, storefront, and glazing systems that's looking for a Project Manager to oversee glazing initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Manage all phases of glazing and exterior system projects
  • Review project scope, contracts, specifications, and construction documents
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and field teams
  • Lead procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and managing deliveries
  • Oversee shop drawing review and submittal coordination
  • Monitor budgets, billing, invoicing, and earned value metrics
  • Supervise site activities, ensuring timelines, quality standards, safety, and code compliance
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in architectural glazing, curtain wall, metal panel, or storefront systems
  • Strong technical and financial acumen (reading plans, defining scope, conducting take-offs, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project), and AutoCAD or similar drafting software
  • Relevant education (e.g., Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering) a plus
  • Illinois-based or willing to commute to Chicago
