We are working with a 60-year-old, $350M company in the building envelope space, looking to find a Project Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This person will oversee multiple commercial projects concurrently across the sheet metal panel and building enclosure landscape (MCM/ACM panels, ornamental metals, metal roofing, etc.).

This person will oversee multiple commercial projects concurrently across the sheet metal panel and building enclosure landscape (MCM/ACM panels, ornamental metals, metal roofing, etc.).
What You'll Do
- Oversee multiple commercial projects concurrently across the sheet metal panel and building enclosure landscape
- Lead budget, contract preparation, submittal reviews, RFIs, change orders, and billing follow-through
- Interpret architectural drawings and construction documents, conduct material take-offs, and coordinate workflows efficiently
- 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably covering sheet metal panels, curtainwalls, or building enclosures
