The Opportunity
We are partnering with a mission-driven organization specializing in the development and management of affordable and workforce housing nationwide. This opportunity is well-suited for a Senior Construction Project Manager who will lead multiple construction and rehabilitation projects while maintaining high standards for quality, budget discipline, and delivery.
Role Overview
The Project Manager provides high-level oversight of multiple construction and rehabilitation projects from inception through completion. This individual is responsible for setting project objectives, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage multiple construction and rehabilitation projects from start to finish

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders

Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents

Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders

Estimate required resources and staffing to achieve project goals

Prepare, submit, and manage project budgets, including recommending adjustments as needed

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
-
Identify, manage, and resolve issues and conflicts within project teams
-
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall performance
-
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, presentations, and documentation

Proactively manage changes in project scope and develop contingency and mitigation plans
Experience & Qualifications
Required:
-
Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably with multifamily housing exposure

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
-
Demonstrated experience in personnel management, project budgeting, and administrative oversight
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Procore, and Textura
-
Willingness to travel as required
