Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Atlanta, GA to lead ground-up hospitality projects throughout the Southeast. This role requires a proven leader who has successfully managed at least two mid-rise or high-rise hotel projects from preconstruction through closeout.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience with structural systems including cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, and masonry, and has personally developed and maintained detailed project schedules in any recognized format (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, CPM-based schedules, etc.).
This position requires periodic travel throughout the Southeastern United States.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final completion

Manage at least two ground-up mid-rise or high-rise hotel projects simultaneously or sequentially

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules (CPM or equivalent format)

Oversee structural scopes including foundations, elevated slabs, steel erection, and masonry systems

Manage budgets, cost controls, change orders, and financial reporting

Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal officials

Lead subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and performance management

Conduct OAC meetings and provide regular project updates to leadership

Identify and mitigate risk related to schedule, procurement, and structural sequencing

Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirements
Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor

Demonstrated experience managing at least two ground-up mid-rise or high-rise hotel projects

Strong experience with structural systems:

Cast-in-place concrete

Structural steel
-
Masonry construction
-

Experience creating and managing a project schedule in any format (P6, MS Project, CPM, or similar)

Proven ability to manage budgets and projects in the $10M+ range

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, particularly structural and envelope coordination

Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast
Preferred Qualifications

Background in hospitality brand standards and franchise coordination

Experience working on projects 4+ stories in height

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
