Opportunity–Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager & Estimator

Opportunity will require experience as a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager & Estimator as well as:

  • Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage time and priorities along with influence, lead & motivate others across organization.
  • 8+ years or more experience in formal Estimating and Project Management–preferably in Heavy Civil Construction–with experience bidding and managing projects ranging from $5M-$50M++
  • 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field or with the equivalent work exp; PE license a plus.
  • Knowledge in applications such as HCSS HeavyBid or similar, Agtek or similar, Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, the Microsoft Suite, & MS Project.
