As a Project Manager for our Water/Wastewater division, you can capitalize on your leadership and strong communication skills to direct and lead a team, manage large complex projects and/or multiple projects while overseeing the work of one or more project managers.

Role Overview

This opportunity is available in multiple locations: Jacksonville, FL, Atlanta, GA, and Charlotte, NC.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: partnering with project directors in responding to Request for Proposals including the preparation of conceptual estimates, schedules, and other proposal documents; preparing detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems; working with directors of construction and construction core personnel to establish job organization including superintendents and self-perform craftworker requirements; maintaining submittal control; preparing and securing owner acceptance of contract change orders; managing and ensuring payments to subcontractors and vendors; effectively directing project close-out tasks and any warranty work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus 10 years or more of experience in construction, design or management preferred.

This position will require travel during the week with all expenses paid, and you will be home on the weekends.
