Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and a team in the development of plans and specifications for site development projects, to include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers and other necessary elements.
- Responsible for project management reporting and client invoicing.
- Serve as point of contact for clients.
Requirements:
- Registered Civil P.E. (TX)
- Experience in leading project teams who develop and deliver site development projects, including for commercial, industrial, or multifamily developers
