**Hybrid environment (on-site 2-3 days/week to aid in communications, coordination, etc.)

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the SAAS property software implementation. The Implementation Project Manager will develop a project plan and all aspects related to scope, development, implementation, training, issue tracking, and change management of our Integrated System. This includes management, coordination, and oversight of implementation and adoption activities to align all properties on a standard system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a project plan and timeline for software implementation at 55+ locations.
  • Review, coordinate, and oversee successful completion of all implementation project tasks through post-go live to ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage requirements, scope, and deliverables with 3rd party vendors.
  • Ensure 3rd party vendors are working within pre-defined budget and statement of work.
  • Manage timelines and project priorities; provide timely updates to leadership.
  • Document and manage project risk and issues.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external teams to drive timely and quality implementations.
  • Drive efforts to accomplish project objectives including preparing end users by offering training and ensuring business process documentation and communications are developed and launched before go-live.
  • Partner with Application Specialists to execute projects with a strong understanding of desired outcomes, project success metrics and implementation best practices to ensure a successful launch.
  • Partner with Change Management Director to ensure proper communication is delivered with the end users/marina teams always in mind.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify requirements and provide to 3rd party vendors for recommended product features and/or enhancements.
  • Remain current on latest software features
  • Schedule and hold effective meetings
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks; evaluate and work to identify mitigation strategies and escalate issues to leadership, as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned


Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills required
  • PMP certification strongly desired or basic understanding of the PMI PM Methodologies and best practices
  • 5+ years related experience as project manager deploying SaaS applications to the field
  • Strong Vendor Management skills required
  • Experience with agile software/product development
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to define requirements, develop project plans, manage project, and report on post-project success
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, set priorities, and deliver results
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must be an exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting to both business and technical audiences
  • Team player who can succeed through collaboration and working with other internal and external organizations
  • Strong computer/systems background with working knowledge of standard IT ecosystem technologies (Hardware & Software)
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • Sets high standards with respect to the project - all related activities and people
