About the Company:
Our client is the GTA’s preferred supplier of HVAC, Plumbing and Sheet Metal solutions in ICI Mechanical Construction Industry. They are rapidly growing and are seeking a Project Manager to work closely with their Senior Project Manager while be a part of their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage duties on multiple projects at once
• Maintain and submit project documentation and correspondence, not limited to shop drawings, purchase orders, construction drawings
• Prepare workflow by gathering information and setting timelines
• Identify and resolve project discrepancies
• Prepare project cost/efficiency reports
• Maintains professionalism and interact with customers
• Site visits when required
• Other duties assigned

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years Mechanical ICI project coordinating or management experience
• Ability to read mechanical plans and guide specs
• Understanding of mechanical equipment systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new software programs
