Additional requirements for Project Manager:

• Degree in construction management or industry related field
• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role
• Excel at developing budgets, schedules and sub-contractor buy-outs
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam and other computer software
