What You’ll Do:

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish

• Collaborate with preconstruction, field, and design teams to ensure alignment on project goals

• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and consultants

• Lead project meetings and oversee documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Ensure site safety and compliance in partnership with field teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management

• Proven success managing ground-up or major renovation projects

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in healthcare, higher education, or industrial projects is highly valued

• Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
