Project Executive

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Project Executive position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Provide leadership for project team
• Forecast necessary personnel and other requirements for projects
• Consults with executive team on business planning and policy development, pre-bid and post-bid marketing and sales activities,
• Acts as representative in a wide array of customer relations: litigation, arbitration, major change orders, etc.

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• A 4 years degree in Construction Management
• Direct experience in multi-family/stick frame construction
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Ability to manage $100 million budget
• Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
• Experience in managing preconstruction

Salary Range: $140-170K
