Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise plant projects to ensure successful and safe performance
  • Develop goals relative to project implementation, budgets, and schedules
  • Complete gap analysis to analyze current processes and identify potential for improvement
  • Oversee all aspects of projects including requirements, and breakdown structures
  • Estimate resources, schedules, and budgets related to projects
  • Performance reporting and communication to ensure timely, cost controlled deliverables
  • Develop execution plans to include equipment, engineering, and installation needs that meet project requirements within the project budget
  • Provide functional expertise and analysis to achieve project success
  • Review engineering documents and contracts prepared by equipment vendors, and consultants to ensure compliance with company requirements
  • Critical decision-making skills utilizing fact-based analysis
  • Illustrate various options and alternatives in project implementation to ensure execution
  • Assists in trouble shooting plant operations to improve efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze process data and recommend solutions to process problems
  • Create accurate project specifications
  • Tracks and monitors project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Forecast process parameters and calculations for strategic planning purposes
