Responsibilities:
Requirements
- The Project Engineer will develop and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets in accordance with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage project resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.
- Track and report project progress, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Communicate project status-updates to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and other project-related documentation.
- Mentor and train junior project managers and team members.
- Relocation provided. $130K-$175K.
Requirements
- The Project Engineer will have a BS degree with an engineering major and 10+ years experience in capital project management within a chemical manufacturing facility.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety and environmental compliance regulations.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
