About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing daily cost tracking, ordering materials, field support, scheduling, purchase orders, takeoffs and RFI's. Work closely with other department to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Pay range and compensation package

  • $100,000 to $140,000 DOE
  • Medical Coverage

Responsibilities

  • Will work with diverse projects in heavy civil.
  • Work directly with Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents and Foreman.
  • Daily cost tracking
  • Field support
  • Scheduling
  • Takeoff's

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred but will consider experience.
  • 3+ years of civil engineering experience related to heavy civil: grading, paving, concrete, site preparation, land clearing, trenching.
  • Experience with HeavyBid, Vista Viewpoint, AutoCAD, Agtek 4D, Tremble GPS, Suretrack Scheduling, Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
