Required Experience
  • Support the Corporate Engineering team in planning, design, procurement, and execution of projects.
  • Manage Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budgets; Tracking and closing budgets; providing detailed project timelines.
  • Oversee project/ site HSEQ: Procurement of services and supplies in line with the Sol/ Infrastructure procurement guidelines and contractor management requirements.
  • Supervise contractor and third-party relationships (Government, regulatory/ statutory bodies, law enforcement, major Clients, neighbouring facilities, etc.) as required to execute the project successfully.
  • Monitor performance, track progress and report performance of the project and HSEQ objectives to Management.
  • Assist with technical facilities and equipment audits at depots and assist with the close out of any gaps in housekeeping.
  • Contribute to Hazards & Effects Management Process (HEMP). Assist In risk assessments and compliance reviews for HSEQ management.
Required Education and Training
  • A University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering as a minimum qualification, preferably with a PMP certification.
  • Must be optimistic, a self- starter, results driven, analytical, creative professional with strong business and management skills with the ability to articulate and negotiate.
  • Excellent Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), Microsoft Projects
  • Knowledge of an ERP system will be an asset.
