GRC Executive is recruiting an experienced Project Engineer to join a well-established construction organization in Puerto Rico.
We’re looking for a strong construction professional with experience in project scheduling, contracts, project controls, and coordination who is ready to take on greater responsibility across the full project lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules
• Track milestones, critical paths, progress, and potential delays
• Support contract administration and contractual requirements
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Identify scheduling and execution issues before they impact the project
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project records
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant construction/project experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and contracts
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
