Project Engineer-Concrete Structures
Job Description

Your Responsibilities In This Role
· Maintain and distribute contract documents, addenda, field orders, RFIs, and RFPs
· Review and control shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contract specifications
· Lead project quality control processes including inspections, testing protocols, and deviation tracking
· Coordinate RFIs among architects, engineers, owners, contractors, and subcontractors
· Assist in assembling proposals and preparing owner change order requests, including pricing for self-performed work
· Maintain accurate “As-Built” drawings and support project close-out documentation
· Secure operations manuals, warranties, and guarantees; assist in final project close-out activities
· Support Project Managers and field teams in daily project coordination and communication
What You Need To Qualify
· 1–3 years of relevant construction experience; concrete construction experience highly preferred
· BS degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Understanding of construction industry practices, standards, and safety protocols
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and industry software such as Bluebeam
· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
· Solid technical aptitude with strong attention to detail
