What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and support land development projects from concept through construction
- Prepare and review civil design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Design and analyze wet utilities and site infrastructure systems
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal/external teams
- Interpret field data and construction plans
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and junior staff
What They’re Looking For
- Licensed PE (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
- 3–10 years of civil engineering experience (land development preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D
- Experience with site development, grading, drainage, and utilities
- Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
