Licensed Civil Engineer (3–10 Years Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and support land development projects from concept through construction
  • Prepare and review civil design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Design and analyze wet utilities and site infrastructure systems
  • Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal/external teams
  • Interpret field data and construction plans
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and junior staff

What They’re Looking For

  • Licensed PE (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
  • 3–10 years of civil engineering experience (land development preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D
  • Experience with site development, grading, drainage, and utilities
  • Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
