- Assist in preparing comprehensive proposals, including clear scopes of work, pricing, time schedules, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies, attending meetings to secure necessary approvals for client projects.
- B.S. Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in relevant CAD software
