more hands on on the jobsite than the PM, dealing with
they are on jobs, managing eyes and ears for the PM, one on every project
they might have 2 or 3 jobs
they might be on a $50 million, then go to a $10 million job
sizzle: they like to grow from within, give opps to a project engineer to grow
they're going to get it a lot faster than a DeSilva or a Top Grade
if capable in 3, then going to do it in 3, get more of the opp with them to grow
area manager and operations manager
3 or 4 pms in bay area, each will have two
he prefers a degree but not an end all
people who understand the field, maybe they don't have a degree
$80K to $90K
truck, gas card, medical
same quarterly bonus strcuture, $4K to $8K for the year
