Position Summary
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale water infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and technical standards. The role requires continuous on-site leadership, coordination of internal teams and contractors, and direct interaction with clients, authorities, and supervisory bodies.
This executive will report project progress to the Management Committee and act as the primary representative of the project before all relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

Monitor physical and financial progress, updating technical planning and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, authorities, and local communities.

Represent the project before the client and regulatory bodies, facilitating the acquisition of permits and licenses, particularly environmental approvals.

Maintain a strong on-site presence, participating in daily operational follow-up to ensure proper technical and operational execution.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring clear and effective communication.

Validate technical deliverables and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Report progress, risks, and milestones to the Management Committee and implement its directives.

Coordinate commissioning, start-up, and formal project handover, including final reports and lessons learned.
Requirements
-
Degree in Civil, Sanitary, or Electromechanical Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure project execution.
-
At least 7 years of specific experience directing water infrastructure projects.
-
Proven leadership in on-site construction management, with strong technical decision-making capability.
-
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
-
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in project management software.
-
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
-
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
-
Availability to travel.
Compensation & Benefits
