Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings and manage the full preconstruction process

• Build and lead project-specific design teams

• Oversee budgets, schedules, documentation, and contracts

• Maintain strong client and architect relationships

• Support business development through networking and referrals

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in high-end residential construction, with 5+ years in sales or project management

• Design-savvy with strong technical construction knowledge

• Proficient in construction software, estimating, and scheduling tools

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
