Responsibilities:

• Support and work with project managers and their clients
• Process Warranty Claims and provide follow up
• Coordinate work orders and schedule Service Technicians
• Coordinator and schedule repairs with outside contractors
• Provide superior customer service
• Administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
• 2-4 years of experience scheduling repair technicians
• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience
• Experience with warranty claims
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
