Project Coordinator - Construction

Our growing client has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator with construction or installation experience.

Coordinating an Order

• Contact and communicate with site supervisor

• Review and confirm order with job site and update order as needed

• Communicate with Account Managers if anything is out of the norm and help resolve “unique situations” as they arise

• Weekly update on jobsites, document in Synergy shipping task

• Identify site readiness

• Collaborate with other PC’s to logistically plan worthwhile loads

• Collaborates with AM and site contact

• Logistically plan for shipments within a certain window that will allow for profitable shipments

• Follow-up on production of “specialty” items to ensure timely arrival to the site

Design Phase

• Educate customer on product and how it is installed

• Verifying field measurements with site for final design

• Facilitate moving designs from preliminary to final design

• Identify and notify correct parties for any order changes regarding the designs

• Review preliminary design with job site to confirm design details, which include but are not limited to:

o Product

o Colors

o Quantities

o Hardware

o Equipment rental

o Engineering

Shipping/Delivery Phase

• Review orders with loaders assuring the correct product is going to the site, check loads before leaving

• Work with designated team member in hiring of subs for service work and installs, under- stand documents needed and documents in Synergy

• Move items from shipping task to completed product

• Provide full and complete information and cc your account manager on any email correspondence just to keep them in the loop.

• Post-delivery install follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
