Project Coordinator-Corporate Office (Construction)
The Coordinator will work directly with the Business Development team in one of our divisions.
Duties will include the following:
- Scheduling and coordination for large national and regional builders.
- Communicating with builder superintendents
- Downloading PO’s
- Processing paperwork for installation
- Ordering materials for the jobs
- Inputting the data into work orders.
- Filing claims for manufacturing defects
- Assisting A/R with the application of payment, invoicing, and check reconciliation.
- Base Salary 40's to 50k plus Benefits
