Job Description

Our Brampton-based client is looking for a Project Coordinator. Reporting to the product development manager you will play an integral role in handling project administration tasks for the project team including project management documentation, status reports, and managing timelines for the successful completion of the project.

Description:

  • Strong hands-on experience in project administration and documentation including reports, meeting notes, analyzing data, and progress reports
  • Ability to use project trackers to provide the team with project updates regarding deliverables
  • Escalate issues to the Project Manager on behalf of the project team
  • Vendor and stakeholder management experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve project issues
  • Experience working on a full-cycle new product launch project would be an asset

Keys:

  • Post-Secondary diploma or certificate in project management
  • 2 + years of experience in project coordination and administration
  • Knowledge of project management terminologies and functions
  • Strong analytical and excel skills required
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Multi-tasker and team player
  • Food processing and manufacturing industry experience is preferred
