SUMMARY We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. As a Project Support Coordinator , you won’t only perform routine administrative duties like minute taking – rather, your responsibilities will be inextricably tied to the success of the project you are working on.
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
Balancing multiple priorities, using your initiative to appropriately organise and manage workloads
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
