Project Coordinator / Administrator
Duties include:
  • Create Contracts, Company Change Orders, Subcontractor Agreements, Subcontractor
  • Change Orders, AIA Documents, Lien Releases & Job Proposals
  • File for Notice of Commencements comparative pricing for Project Managers on dumpsters, containers, rental equipment, etc.
  • Assist Project Managers with all bid documentation prior to bid date
  • Make sure we have all proper documentation executed by subcontractors before job starts
  • Provide Superintendents needed documentation for individual job sites
  • Prepared Close Out Notebooks for Clients

Salary: $60k
