Title: Project Coordinator - Land or Site Development

Client Types: Private Residential Land Developers and Home Builders

Responsibilities: 
  • Design of complex water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, paving and drainage systems, including refinement of rough sketches, without conflicts; drainage area map and grading plan and all calculations, per client requirements; creation and use of data shortcuts, alignments, profiles and surface modeling
  • Train and oversee assigned CAD Technicians
  • Review of plan design after initial drafting plans are completed, to ensure accuracy of documents, note any discrepancies and necessary changes
Requirements: 
  • Proficiency in Civil-3D
  • Experience in Design of Land or Site Development projects
