Project Coordinator – Construction

Our client has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator with Construction industry experience including AIA billing and job costing.

• Process Accounts Payable
• Prepare all AIA G702, 703 pay applications.
• Organize subcontractor cost control, change orders, purchase orders and proposals.
• Acquire Certificates of Insurance and Liens.
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans, and money spent
• Responsible for job costing each assigned project
• Support Project Managers
• Three years or more of construction industry experience is Required.
