Project Coordinator - Construction

Our client has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator with Construction industry experience.

• Enter all new clients and job into the system
• Prepare purchase orders, change orders, and back charges as directed by the Purchasing/Construction department.
• Responsible for all billing
• Complete, process and file documents such as purchase orders, sub-contractor agreements, lien waivers, job related correspondence, submittals, and other required information for
assigned projects.
• Interpret and reconcile job cost reports

• Two or more years of related construction industry experience
• Experience with a construction software, SAGE, Timberline, or Foundation preferred
