ROADSHOW COORDINATOR

Role Summary:

Assist Roadshow Manager on the Leveraged Finance desk with coordinating the logistical portion of client roadshows

Interaction with vendors, clients, senior bankers, internal sales team, and internal administrative functions such as marketing and expense management is required

Requires independent decision making, good judgment, client skills, excellent organization and prioritization skills

Demonstrated professionalism in personal presentation as well as email and phone communications

Day travel within NYC may be required; flexibility working before or after of core business hours of 8:00 am – 5:30 pm is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist roadshow desk with administrative duties including answering phones, preparing expenses, organizing and shipping material to events

Assist in organizing and managing roadshows from start to finish, including logistical arrangements, organizing travel (commercial and private air), ground transportation, booking room nights, hotel contract, banquet orders and audio visual requests

Manage expenses including setting up Corporate credit card accounts as required, filing expense reports and invoices for payment consistent with the firm’s expense policies

Attend on-site functions to handle registration, set-up and solve any issues.

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors utilized in the roadshow process

Follow all regulatory and internal policies on procurement, expense management and expense reconciliation

Experience Requirements;

2+ years of relevant experience required; prior roadshow coordinating experience preferred
