SUMMARY

The Operations Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of our organization to keep it running smoothly while providing operational support to management and teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the operations manager to establish daily e-commerce operations
  • Support development, improvement, and maintenance of SOPs for operations and cross-company functions
  • Procure raw material for product manufacturing. Track, maintain and organize purchase orders, certifications, and qualifications for supply chain partners
  • Consistently track and report inventory, and manage minimum stock level
  • Constantly recommend improvements to core operational areas while considering scalability such as inventory management methods and streamlining communications
  • Pack and fulfill orders from HQ in the short term and facilitate migration to 3PL fulfillment warehouse with solid and clear SOPs
  • Coordinate all online and offline sales operations such as pop-ups and events
  • Maintain the product details on the website. Ensure product information our customers are looking for
  • Attend to any correspondence and emails from customers, clients, and contractors
  • Engage in generating official documents and presentations around business activities, field reports, and supplementary research as needed
  • Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market.
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field will be a plus
  • 2-3 years of work experience as an operations coordinator or relevant experience
  • Be positive, honest, motivated, and embrace a growth mindset
  • Flexible and able to help out in other departments, and be open to addressing new situations as needed
  • Ability to be a strong team player required
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and client schedules, and attention to detail required
  • Solid research abilities, including critical thinking and analysis required.
  • Strong computer proficiency such as Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) and Slack
  • Solid knowledge of eCommerce tools such as Shopify
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written required
  • Problem-solving skills
