- Engage with clients and stakeholders to conceptualize and refine design objectives
- Develop comprehensive architectural plans for commercial and residential projects
- Oversee project budgets, material selections, and detailed specifications
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and construction teams, ensuring seamless project execution
Qualifications & Expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of architectural project management experience
- Professional licensure as a registered architect
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for drafting and visualization
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and engage stakeholders
