Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to conceptualize and refine design objectives
  • Develop comprehensive architectural plans for commercial and residential projects
  • Oversee project budgets, material selections, and detailed specifications
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and construction teams, ensuring seamless project execution

Qualifications & Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years of architectural project management experience
  • Professional licensure as a registered architect
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for drafting and visualization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and engage stakeholders
