From their Cape Town studio, you will work on high-velocity, high-stakes projects across the Middle East. This is not a seat-belt role. This is a cockpit.

They are on the lookout for a Project Architect (4–8 years) who:

• Treats architecture as both art and engineering
• Lives in the details and refuses to do average work
• Commands projects from concept to construction with precision and authority
• Thinks spatially, technically, and creatively in equal measure
• Is fluent in Revit (non-negotiable) and real-time visualization tools (Twinmotion, Enscape, and/or Lumion)
• Brings computational skills (Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo) that advance design intent, not just support it

Experience with UAE projects, codes, and planning protocols is a significant advantage.
