CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Analyst to join our NYC client's team. This newly created position will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards to track costs and monitor performance across several large projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track and analyze project costs and progress.
• Manage data from multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
• Review and manipulate data to create actionable reports for management and project teams.
• Ensure that all reporting aligns with established processes and procedures for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, concise, and insightful analyses.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in project analysis, within the real estate development or construction industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience creating dashboards and utilizing complex formulas and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Banner or ProCore software is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction project processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation range is between $120-$140K.
