Job Title: Construction Project Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


  • Assist with project planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Track project expenses and prepare reports for management
  • Prepare and submit project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices
  • Maintain project records, including plans, specifications, and correspondence
  • Assist with project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project files
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in construction management or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction project administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
