Job Description
- Tasks
Tasks for the Project Administrator Level 2 may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist project management, data processing professionals and end users in simple routine tasks;
- Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to the Program Office;
- Maintain Program Office documentation and application/system libraries;
- Use computer tools, aids, system control languages on PCs, minis, or mainframes to perform work;
- Perform other tasks related to the Project Administrator category as needed.

M1 |
Project Administration Experience in Government or PMO Environment
Supplier must provide a résumé and at least one project example demonstrating this experience in a government or PMO context. |

Education Requirement
Supplier must provide a copy of the degree, diploma, or a recognized equivalency assessment. |

M3 |
Proficiency with Document Management Systems The proposed resource must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the past 5 years using a document or records management system (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, GCDocs, or equivalent) to maintain and organize project or program documentation.
Supplier must identify the system(s) used, years of experience, and the project context.

Proficiency with Office Productivity and Document Tools The proposed resource must have demonstrated advanced proficiency within the past 5 years using:
