REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Business Admin.
• 3 yrs+ exp of project accounting exp
• Knowledge of contract terms in connection to fee management
• Well versed in Excel andDeltek Vision-plus
• Must be sociable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with Design Managers, to create successful business relationships and ensuring accurate and consistent billing and financial reporting at the project and studio levels
• Oversee plans, budgets, and staffing
• Full grasp of contract terms in relation to fee management
• Help the DM in the project start-up m
• Provide accurate invoices to Clients per contract terms
